At H2 Linen, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Our goal is to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges.
30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. The following conditions apply:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. After this period, no claims for damage will be accepted. We will arrange for a return or replacement and cover the postage costs for returning the faulty item.
Items Not as Described
If the item you received does not match the description on our website, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. In such cases, we will either provide a return label or refund the postage cost once the item has been returned. Please contact us before returning any items.
Color Matching Issues
We do not guarantee that the colors of the products will perfectly match your existing bedding or other items, as screen resolutions on mobile phones and computers may vary. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns solely based on color matching issues.
No Amended Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not accept returns if the item has been altered or amended in any way.
Delivery Issues / Item Not Received
In the rare case that your item is not delivered, we will take full responsibility. After conducting a brief investigation, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. If the package was delivered to a neighbor or another secure location, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days. If the item is as described and not faulty, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Return Rules
- Contact us before returning any items to initiate the return process.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or box.
- We recommend using HERMES as the preferred courier for returns.
Who Pays the Return Postage?
- Seller’s Responsibility: If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return postage costs. Color matching exceptions apply.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: If the item is as described and non-faulty, the buyer will cover the return postage costs.
